My Origins with Timelines...
From a young age, I experienced time visually and intuitively rather than as something abstract. I didn’t see a year as a straight line or a calendar of dates. I saw it as an oval suspended in space ~ a continuous loop ~ and I naturally began referring to it as a "Timeline".
Along this timeline, I would notice flashes of light. These flashes marked moments where something was going to shift: emotionally, relationally, or directionally, in my life. Even before I fully understood what was happening, I learned to pay attention to those points. They signaled change.
As I grew older, I began studying tarot as a way to gain insight into these moments and support my own decision-making and growth. Tarot gave me a language and structure to better understand what I was already sensing internally.
Over time, this perception expanded. I began to notice timelines not only in my own life, but in others: seeing similar points of intensity, change, and potential along their life paths. This is where Timeline Readings originated: as a way to help people gain clarity about where they are, what patterns are active, and how to navigate what’s ahead with greater awareness and choice.
As my spiritual and meditation practice deepened, my relationship with timelines evolved further. I began intentionally revisiting my own past, to meet specific moments where trauma, grief, or disconnection had occurred. By bringing awareness, compassion, and presence to those points, I discovered something unexpected: as my relationship to the past shifted, my experience of the present changed with it.
In healing those earlier moments, I was healing myself now. Areas where I once felt stuck began to soften. Emotional charge lessened. My sense of integration and forward movement grew stronger.
This understanding became the foundation of my timeline-based work. It is not a theory, but something lived, tested, and refined through my own experience.
