Meet the Owner of E.L.F. Café
Amy Suchma is a creative intuitive, spiritual and energetic practitioner, beauty educator, and founder of Elf Café. With more than 30 years of experience in beauty, self-care, and personal empowerment, and over 20 years devoted to intuitive and energetic practices, Amy brings depth, warmth, discernment, and a touch of wonder to everything she creates.
Her intuitive gifts have been present since childhood and refined through decades of personal practice, client work, and lived experience. In 2021, Amy further deepened her spiritual education through initiation into the Lineage of King Salomon. Her formal lineage work is honored and offered separately through Empowering Life Foundation, while Elf Café remains the home of Amy’s independently created services and experiences.
Through Elf Café, Amy offers timeline readings, guided meditations, sound experiences, beauty alchemy, and other creative pathways for self-discovery and personal transformation. Each offering is designed to help clients look beneath the surface, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and personal sovereignty.
Amy’s approach is profound yet approachable, sacred without losing its warmth, and grounded in compassion, integrity, respect, and personal choice. She does not view herself as the source of another person’s healing, but as a guide who creates a supportive container for the wisdom and transformative power already within them.

ORIGINS of the name...
Empowering Light Foundation (E.L.F.)
This name reflects the foundation of my work as a Professional Healer in the ancient Lineage of King Salomon. Within that lineage, I took a formal oath to preserve the integrity of the modalities exactly as they were taught without modification, reinterpretation, or personal alteration.
I hold that oath with deep reverence and integrity. The healings and teachings I received through my lineage work profoundly changed my life, and I honor that transformation by ensuring the work remains pure, precise, and faithfully transmitted.

This is the original vessel of my lineage-based healing services, held with precision, respect, and fidelity to the Mystery School teachings that trained me.
